Doherty, John Edward- It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved husband, father, brother and grandfather; John Edward Doherty on Saturday June 15th, 2019, in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Lorraine for 58 years. Loving father of Kris (Ken McConaghy) and Brian (Inger). Adoring Grandfather of Erin, Amy, Sean and Sara. Dear brother of Bill (deceased) and Glenna and brother-in-law to Dick Azuma (deceased), Vi and Eva & Len Murdock. John will be remembered for his devotion to family and involvement in the community.
Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown on Tuesday June 18th, 2019, 7:00-9:00 pm. Graveside Service will be held at Glen Williams Cemetery on Wednesday June 19th, 2019 at 11:00 am.
