Suddenly, on Monday December 26, 2022 at the Niagara General Hospital, Niagara Falls. John, in his 80th year, beloved husband of Barbara for 41 years. Loving step-father of Earl, Garry (Robin) and Dwayne (Georgia). Loved Pops of Adam, Mark, Brett, Cam, Brandon and Aaron. Dear brother of Tommy (Rose) and Jeff (Trisha). John was predeceased by his sisters Rose and Nan. Beloved brother-in-law of Rhona and Jack Scholz and the late Roger Gadd. Uncle of Scott and Thomas and nieces and nephews in Scotland.

At John’s request, there will be no public visitation or service, cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will take place at Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.
