John William Brown

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Brown of Limehouse, Ontario in his 84th year at Georgetown Hospital. Devoted husband of Marie (nee Fendley). Loving father of Susan (Ron Park), Heather (Marc Ryan) and Scott (Darlene Zylstra). Beloved Grandpa to Kyle Park, James and Andrew Ryan, Nathan and Andrea Brown. Great Grandpa to Meadow Park. Predeceased by his Father and Mother Art and Ruby Brown of Acton and older brother Artie of Rockwood. Survived by his brothers George and David and sister Mary.

John will be remembered for his quiet nature, quick wit and his ability to repair anything. If John could not fix it then no one could. He was the original inventor/recycler.

Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown on Saturday, Febuary 7, 2026 from 2 p.m.-4 p.m.
