John Victor Baker

It is with sadness, that we announce the passing of John Baker on June 14, 2017. He died peacefully, at his home. John was a devoted husband of Mary. Caring father to Andrew and wife Annette, Richard, Sue and husband Jim, Cindy, James and wife Heather. His grandchildren Geoffrey, Gregory, Caitlyn, Kirstin, Brittany, Mackenzie, Matthew, Jacob, Cassidy, Hannah, Luke, and Ryan were always the greatest joys in his life. This year, John celebrated the birth of his first great grandchild, Jackson. John will always be remembered for the love he had for his family, and his sense of humour. He will be missed. In keeping with John's wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Monday June 19, from 7-9 pm.
