Joel Slofstra

Slofstra, Joel Bert - Passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 26th in Guelph, Ontario at the young age of 21. He will be forever missed by his father and mother, William and Jennifer Slofstra, sisters Kathleen and Selena, and brother David. Joel will be fondly remembered by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, nieces, nephews and other close family members who were very dear to Joel. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave, Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Thursday July 2, 2015 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The funeral service for Joel will be begin at 11 a.m. on Friday July 3, 2015 and held at Georgetown Christian Fellowship Church, 13619 Hwy 7 West, Georgetown, ON. An opportunity for visitation for the hour prior to the service will be available. The burial and reception will follow the service.
