Lyons, Jewel Ethel (nee Gougeon)-
Peacefully in her sleep on Monday October 3rd, 2016 at Woodhall Park, in her 88th year. Devoted wife of the late John Hamilton Lyons. Beloved mother of Shelley and Steve Craig, Alan and Alice Lyons, Paul Lyons, David and Judy Lyons, Don and Carol Lyons and Janet and the late Robert Lyons. Cherished grandma of 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Thanks to Tracey and Dorothy and all the staff at Woodhall Park for their wonderful care of mom. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm also on Friday from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at the Chelthenham Baptist Church. Funeral service will be held at the Cheltenham Baptist Church (14520 Creditview Rd, Cheltenham) on Friday October 7th at 11:00 am. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Georgetown.
