Weston, Jean Alberta - Peacefully on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Extendicare Halton Hills. Jean, 97 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Harold Weston (2018). Loving mother of Carol Key and the late Gerry (2021), and Jeannette Smith and husband Jim. Cherished grandmother of Lisa (Rick), Jeff (Olga), Kim (Ian), Neil, and Ian (Shannon). A special thanks for all of the love and care mom received at Extendicare in Halton Hills. Friends will be received in the Trafalgar Room - Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown, on Sunday, August 14, 2022 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. In Jean's memory, contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation are appreciated.
