Peacefully on Sunday November 18th, 2012 at the Georgetown Hospital. Jean (nee McEnery), in her 91st year, wife of the late Gordon King. Loving and devoted mother of Wayne of Georgetown. Dear sister of Yvonne Garton (Harold) of Golden Valley. Predeceased by her siblings Dolene Reid, Lloyd McEnery, A.D. McEnery and Margaret McEnery. Fondly remembered by Elaine and Bob Hooper, Carol and Carl Tripp, Beryl and Bruce Cole, Jim Reid, Steve Garton, Tim Garton and all of their families. Jean was a long time member of the Rebekah Lodge and will be missed by Barb Goodlet, Marlene Switzer and Lee Buchan.
Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Ave., Georgetown, (905)877-3631 on Saturday November 24th from 11:30 - 1:00 pm. A memorial service will follow in the chapel at 1:00 pm. Cremation.
