Jeffries, Jean Isobella Emily - Peacefully, with angels by her side, on Tuesday April 5, 2022 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Jean, in her 81st year, wife of the late Larry Percheson (1992). Loving mother of Lorie (Chris) Murden and the late Brian (1989). Loved grandma of Rachel (Darko) and Robbie (Liza). Dear sister of Flo. Fondly remembered by Bob Jeffries, Scott (Kim) and Kim(Koosh). Loving grandmother to Evan and Suri. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Jean's life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
