Jean Foster

Jean Foster - passed peacefully at her home in Georgetown on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at the age of 96 years.

Beloved wife of the late Joseph “Joe,” with whom she shared 52 wonderful years of marriage. Loving mother of the late David (Deborah), Colin, and Stephen (Janet). Cherished grandmother of Bryan, Alex (Amanda), Heather, Megan, and Travis. Proud great-grandmother of Caitlyn, Erika, Romeo, Carter, Finn, and Kallie.

Jean was a master bowler who had a passion for 5-pin bowling and enjoyed coaching children in the sport. She was also a longtime and devoted member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 120 - Ladies Auxiliary for over 50 years.

Family meant everything to Jean. She treasured the time she spent with her loved ones, especially the holidays they shared together.

Jean will be greatly missed.

Cremation has taken place. In memory of Jean, memorial donations may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 120.
