DUPONT, Jason Jack Wilfred - Passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday July 19, 2013, at the age of 20. Loving son to Mother Jennine Ditz, Father Richard Dupont, Step-Father John Ditz, and loving brother to Jordan Ditz. Loving Grand Parents Jack and Judy Germond, Wilfred and Jeannine Dupont and Erwin and Thelma Ditz. Jason lived his life as a shining example of courage to all who knew him. Despite suffering from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, he lived his life to the fullest. He will be remembered by all those whose hearts he touched. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Monday from 7-9 pm. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday July 23, 2013 at 11:00 am.
