Peacefully, on Sunday September 29, 2024 at Extendicare Halton Hills, Georgetown. Janice was in her 86th year, beloved wife of the late Ron Dixon (1999). Loving mother of Brenda (Carl) Ezekiel and Blake Dixon (Angela Peters). Loved Grandmother of Scott (Jennifer), Angela, Cory (Chelsey), Melissa (Tyler) and Kyle (Sandra). Great Grandmother (GG) to Gavin, Sydney, Ryan, Jack, Stanley, Joey, Holly and Megan. Dear sister of Lynn (Tom) Oakley, John (Karen) Bradley and the late Joan Butterworth. Janice will be sadly missed by her cousin Maureen (Jim) Atkinson. Janice was a very kind, caring and loving person. Janice will be forever remembered by her family for her love of vacuuming and cleaning windows. She enjoyed watching hockey, tennis and Nascar in her free time.

A Celebration of Life will take place in the Trafalgar Room at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905) 877-3631 on Thursday October 3rd, 2024 from 3-5 p.m. Janice's urn will be interred with her late husband Ron at Greenwood Cemetery in Georgetown at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills (CASHH) would be appreciated.
