Moore, James Savage "Jim"- Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Jim, 70 years of age, beloved husband of Pat, loving father of Jessica and her fianceÌ Fraser Smith. Dear brother of John (Carol). Jim will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Monday, July 14, 2014 from 10:00 am until time of funeral service held in the chapel at 11:00 am.
