Moore, James Savage "Jim"- Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Jim, 70 years of age, beloved husband of Pat, loving father of Jessica and her fiancé Fraser Smith. Dear brother of John (Carol). Jim will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.
