James "Jim" Lynn Houston

Houston, James Lynn - It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Jim who passed away Tuesday, January 17th, 2017 in his 71st year. Jim passed at Georgetown Hospital surrounded by his loved ones. Jim was a loving husband to Sheila, his wife of 47 years, beloved father to Kirk, Lara and Jeff and "Proud Papa" to grandchildren, William, Lauren and Quinn. Jim was a loving man who was always there to lend anyone a hand and his most precious moments were those spent with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed! Friends and family are welcome to the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home (11582 Trafalgar Rd., Georgetown) on Saturday January 21st, 2017 for visitation from 1:00-2:00 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2:00pm. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to the Palliative Care Unit at Georgetown Hospital.
