Gordon Frederick Robertson

Gordon Frederick Robertson passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at Georgetown Hospital at the age of 95.

Beloved husband of Edna for 72 wonderful years, Gordon was a devoted father to Linda (Rick) and Bruce (Carol). He was a proud grandfather to Brent (Christine) and Devin (Mimi), and great-grandfather to Ruby, Emma, and Beau. He will be lovingly remembered by Edna’s extended family, Ron and MaryAnn Millar, and their children. Gordon was predeceased by his siblings Ken, Elizabeth, Mary and Bill.

A master electrician, Gordon retired from Benson & Hedges in Brampton after more than 30 years. Gord was easy-going and laidback and loved to keep busy tinkering in his basement workshop. He also enjoyed golf and tennis, often playing alongside his wife and friends, creating many treasured memories together.

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Gordon’s life will be held at a later date. In honour of Gordon, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
