Geraldine Ruth Abbott

Geraldine Ruth Abbott (nee Woolley) was born in Toronto, Ontario on March 7, 1927. Gerri passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, June 17, 2017 at Mountainview Residence, in her 90th year.
Married to the late Patrick Abbott of England, she was greatly loved and will sorely be missed by her children; Lesley (Stephen), Michele, Paul(Sandra) and Nicole(Jim). Beloved grandmother of Melissa, Gregory, Jared, Amy, Erin, Justin, Danielle, Renee and Joshua, and great grandmother of Michaela and Tyler.
The funeral services will be conducted at 11am on Saturday, June 24, 2017, with reception to follow. There will be a 10-11am visitation time with the family, before the service. Please join us at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd, Georgetown (north of Maple Ave).
She was a wonderful woman who had a full life. She can now see, play her piano and sing to her heart's content in Heaven. Surely she is blessed now to be with the Lord.
