George Charles Poullos

George Charles Poullos (November 18, 1930 - July 22, 2020). It is with sadness we announce the passing of our husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. The sparkle has left those blue eyes. George was firstly a family man and will be missed by his wife Ruth, children Mark (Susan), Keith (Valerie), Sarah (David) and John (Brenda), grandchildren Byron, Amy (Matt), Andrea (Andrew), Daniel (Jillian), Thomas (Jenna) and Michael, and great grandchildren Emmett, Adelaide and Jenson. Known to many as the smiling man with the double double behind the counter at Outdoor Power Equipment for 25 years. Visitation at Jones Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., followed by a service at 2:00 p.m. and then graveside committal at Greenwood Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Bennett Centre, George's final home, for all their care and support and ask that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to the Bennett Centre or to a charity of your choosing.
