McAlpine, Gary Colin - Suddenly, at his home in Lakehurst, Ont. on Sunday April 17, 2022. Gary, formerly of Georgetown, 83 years of age, beloved husband of Vicki McCracken. Loving father of Shawn (Rick) Vesterback, Shannon (Ian) McLaughlin, Marla McAlpine (Rob Allen), Stephanie Jones (Stephen Pollock) and Samantha Jones (Pierre Koch). Beloved Grampa Gar to Liam, Anja, Maddie, Brennan, Tanner, Charlotte, Jacqueline, Violet and Levi. Dear brother of Twila Sauve, Clayton McAlpine and the late Wayne McAlpine. Dear brother-in-law of Becky McAlpine, Alex McCracken (Jill Easton) and Lee (Melissa) Appleton. Loved son-in-law of Evelyn and Ward Appleton. Gary will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Gary was a member of the Silver Halos and enjoyed playing hockey, golf, tennis and squash. Gary will be forever remembered for his great sense of humor, his love of music, and the love of his family and friends.
