Near, Frederick "Vern"- Suddenly as the result of a plane accident on Saturday, May 24, 2014. Vern, in his 78th year, beloved husband of Pat for 58 years. Loving father of Katharine (Lee) Thompson, Heather (Russell) Moore, Lisa (Terry) Sidor, Gregory and the late Richard (LuAnne). Devoted grandfather of Christopher, Brad, Stacey, Bryce, Logan, Brittany, Victor, Deona and Cody and great-grandfather of Khalil, Benjamin and Jordan. Predeceased by his brother Earl.
