Frederick Charles Aggiss

Aggiss, Frederick passed away peacefully on October 22, 2024 at Georgetown Hospital in Georgetown, Ontario, at the age of 93.

Fred, dear husband of Joan for 68 years, father of the late Jane Ann Arce Aggiss (Raul), Ruth Marya Aggiss, Katherine Elizabeth Aggiss Wilson (Craig), and Sara Joan Aggiss (Leonard).

Grandfather of Chase, Blake (Sarah), Erica (Eric), Mia Rose (Mike), Shelby (Mory), Keenan, Calvin, and Jacob. Great-Grandfather of Bennet, Sydney, Henry, Theodore, and Nora. Fred will be missed by his niece Cathy and her family.

Fred is predeceased by his parents, Freeman Maitland and Agnes Ruth Aggiss, and his brother William “Bill” (Mary).

A determined man, Fred will be remembered for his strong opinions and knowledgeable nature which he brought to his career as a chemical engineer. Fred was well read and well-travelled, adventuring around the world. Fred will be dearly missed by all those who knew him.

Cremation has taken place.
