Elva Preston

Elva Doreen Preston,
Born Feb. 29 1928, passed away on Saturday, April 20 2013 at Georgetown Hospital, Complex Continuing Care . Predeceased by her husband, Gilbert Preston and her brothers Gordon, Harvey and George Marshall of Dundalk Ontario, Elva is survived by her daughter, Sharon (David) Mashinter, her grandchildren Debbie Mashinter and James (Cindy) Mashinter as well as great grandchildren Megan and Luke. Elva was an employee at the Dominion Seed House and at Varian Industries in Georgetown. She enjoyed gardening and camping and was a former member of the Rebekah Lodge.
Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Wednesday May 15th, 2013 from 1:00 pm until time of Funeral service held in the chapel at 2:00 pm. Interment Glen Williams Cemetery.
