Armstrong, Ellen - died August 2, 2017 at her home in Collingwood at the age of 79. Survived by her loving husband, John Herbert, and son and daughter-in-law David and Jeanne. Ellen will be dearly missed by her eight grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her daughters, Sherri-Lee and Audra. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Ave., Georgetown, on Saturday, August 5 from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. Memorial contributions to the Humane Society in Ellen's memory would be greatly appreciated.
