Hillier, Elizabeth (Lorraine) - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mom, Lorraine Hillier, in her 79th year, on July 26, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. Her final days were surrounded by her family and friends. Loving mother of Bill Hillier (predeceased) (Karen), Bonnie Belder (Eddie), Sue Thomas (John), Daryll Hillier (Joanne), Russ Hillier (Sandy) and Mike Hillier. Loving grandmother of 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her brother John Livingston (Bunny) and she will be missed by her sisters Emily Switzer, Millie McNiven, Willena Everett (Ron) and her brothers David Livingston (Doris) and Donald Livingston (Pat). Family and friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Ave., Georgetown, (905) 877-3631 on Thursday August 1 from 7-9 pm. Memorial service will be held in the chapel on Friday August 2, 2013 at 11:00 am. Special thanks to Dr. Razvi and the nurses of the Georgetown Hospital.
