It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Davis "Betty". Peacefully on Monday September 5th, after a brief illness at Georgetown Hospital, Elizabeth, in her 83rd year, beloved wife of the late Edward Davis. Predeceased by her parents James and Myrtle, son Teddy (Linda) and all her siblings, Marian, Kathy, Jim, John, Rodger and George. Loving mother of Mary (Dave), Ricky, Brenda (Kevin), Debbie (Bernie), Donny (Shirley) and Tim (Andrea). Proud grandma to 15 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild. She will be missed by her extended family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to celebrate Betty's' life at J.S.Jones Funeral Home in Georgetown. Visitation is Thursday September 8th, 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday September 9th, 11:00 am at Jones Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to CASHH (Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills).
