Carter, Elizabeth "Liz"- Peacefully on Sunday September 25th, 2016 at her home in Georgetown. Liz, 76 years of age, wife of the late Andrew Carter. Loving mother of Olive Squier (Joe McEwen), Carol (Frank) DiRienzo, Cathy (Tony) Graham-Smith and Andy (Renee) Carter. Cherished grandmother of Amanda, Shannon, Cody, Travis, Shane, Jared, Michael, Veronica, A.J., Daniel and Jason. Great-grandmother of Brycen, Liam and Haley.
