Suddenly on April 22, Elgin Francis Terry passed in his 94th year. Son of E. Earl and Mabel (nee Hunter). Beloved husband of Ina Marie for 65 years.

Loving father of Kenneth (Barbara), Donna Hatfull (Richard), Bryan and Paul (Danielle). Grandfather of Steven, Sean, Elgin, Paul, Liam, Courtney, Cydney, and Nicholas Succee. Great-grandfather of Emily, Owen, Spencer and Nash.

Brother of Phyllis Moffatt, and predeceased by Edward, Mildred and Gordon. Brother-in-law of Bruce Wilson and Pat Morris, predeceased by Iris Green and Lita Blanchard.

Elgin worked for many years for farmers in the local area with his Trucks and Bulldozer. He grew up in “The Gore” Castlemore on McVean Drive. He will be missed.

A Graveside Service for Elgin will take place at the Hillcrest Cemetery, Winston Churchill Blvd and 10th Sideroad, Norval, on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
