It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Eleanor Inglis. Loving and devoted wife to the late Gerald Inglis for 53 years. Dear sister to Marg Gillis and Anna Ewen (deceased). Amazing Aunt, Great Aunt and Great Great Aunt. Eleanor had a strong presence at North Halton. She joined the Club in 1954, the year it became incorporated. She was a five-time club Champion and Ladies Club Captain eight times. In addition, she served on the Board of Directors and was the North Halton Lady of Excellence in 2019. Eleanor was also well known for her modelling days and her career at Youngs Pharmacy. A private family service will be held in the chapel of Jones Funeral Home at a later date.
