Edythe Ann Taylor

Taylor, Edythe Ann - Passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 4, 2022, surrounded by her loving family, at the Bennett Health Care Centre, Georgetown. Edythe, in her 79th year, Loving daughter of Emanuel and Sarah Crabtree (deceased) and beloved wife of Laurance for 59 years. Devoted mother of Michael (Diane), Ty (Shelley), Julie (Lino) Zambri, and Kelly (Jeff) Hanley. Cherished grandmother of David, Sean, Brandon, Meaghan, Scott, Merissa, Spencer, Paige and great grandmother of Benjamin and Hailey.

Edythe will be dearly missed by her brother Gerald (Carole) Crabtree, and sisters Sheila Wise, and Barb (Wayne) Hauck, along with her brother and sister in laws and the entire extended family.

Family meant everything to Edythe, with the Toronto Maple Leafs coming in a very close second. Many thanks to the wonderful team at the Bennett Centre for their ongoing care and support over the past 5 years. We knew Mom was in great hands. Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown on Friday, December 9, 2022 from 1:00 until a time of service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. Those unable to attend are welcome to Livestream the service. In Edythe's memory, donations to Bennett Village or the Parkinson Canada would be greatly appreciated.
