Douglas Starr Brownlee is once again with the love of his life - Sandra Brownlee. Doug, age 92, passed in the early morning hours of Nov. 25th joining his wife of 67 years. Together they raised and leave behind two children, Curt Brownlee (Allison) and Lisa Brownlee and 4 grandchildren, Kyle Brownlee, Kara Witten (Jeremy), Christian Brownlee (Abbey Beckett) and Kathryn Brownlee. Doug was an aviation enthusiast who loved airshows and airplane museums, piloting a private airplane for many years, and reading airplane magazines as recently as this month. He loved his family's cottage in Algonquin Park and spent many summers spending weeks or months there. He will be missed by all his family and their beloved dogs - Ranger, Fergus and Winston. He loved the dogs.

As per Doug's wishes there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, a donation to your favorite charity or the War Amps of Canada would be appreciated.
