Bell, Douglas Brady "Dougie"- Suddenly, on Sunday February 23, 2014. Dougie, in his 29th year, beloved son of Robin Coulson, loved brother of Justin and son of James Bell. Dougie will be fondly remembered by all of his family and friends.
