Doug Hauser

Hauser, Bufford Douglas - June 3, 1931 - May 12, 2019, in his 88th year. He was the devoted husband of Johanna (Predinchuk), cherished father of Karen Appleyard (Ron) and Cheryl (Bob Davis), playful grandpa of Melanie Appleyard (Greg Presant), Rebecca Jefferies (Andrew) and Chloë Davis. Proud "big grandpa" of Everett, Jonathan, Brookson and Bradley. Doug is fondly remembered by sister Ethel Ring of Regina, sister-in-law Flora Predinchuk of Saskatoon, Brian McBride of Calgary, and his nieces, nephews and cousins alike. Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown on Saturday May 18th from 10 - 11 am. A memorial service will be held in the chapel at 11:00 am. Cremation has taken place. Our family would like to thank the staff at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for their diligent care in Doug's final years.  If desired, "in memory" contributions may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Hamilton Halton, Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital or a charity of choice.
