Doreen Mae Nowell (Boldt),

Peacefully went to be with her Lord and Saviour, Sunday evening December 23,2012 in her 71st year. Beloved wife of 51 years to David Nowell. Loving mother of Pamela (Shane Lowin), Natalie (Rick Borges) and Melonie. Cherished grandmother of Jordan, Luke, Jacob and Faith. Predeceased by her parents William Boldt and Mae (nee Mace) Dear sister of Kenneth Boldt and Patricia Field, predeceased by her sister Barbara (Bruce Bentley) and sister in law Joan Boldt. Fondly remembered by all her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was an active and faithful member of Maple Ave Baptist Church, and to her family she was a devoted, generous and loving woman who instilled in her children and grand children, the love of Jesus. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her and those whose lives she touched.
Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Ave., Georgetown, (905)877-3631 on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held at Maple Avenue Baptist Church (177 Maple Ave. Georgetown) on Friday December 28th at 1:00 pm. Interment GlenOaks Memorial Gardens, Oakville.
