Dawn Lenore Veldman

Veldman, Dawn Lenore - Passed away on Monday, November 24, 2025, in Mississauga, at 88 years of age. Beloved wife of Ed for 64 years. Cherished mother of the late Debbie (Lea), Jodi (Eddie), Doug (Kari-Anne), David (Cathy), and Eddie. Dawn will be lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Dawn, known for her kind heart and loving spirit, was an outgoing and deeply social person who formed lasting connections everywhere she went. Her love for people was matched only by her steadfast faith, which was a guiding force throughout her life. Dawn felt profoundly blessed by the years she and her husband, Ed, spent serving as missionaries in Angola and Mozambique.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 11 a.m. at the Maple Avenue Baptist Church, 177 Maple Ave, Georgetown. A reception will be held following the service.
