David "Paul" Herrold

It is with heavy hearts and much sadness we announce the passing of David Paul Herrold. Paul was predeceased by his wife Irene Herrold (Ripley). He leaves his children Michele Ripley (Andy), Robert Ripley (Sapna) and James Ripley along with his 4 grandchildren, Liane (Nick), Rachel, Olivia and Graham and his 2 great grandchildren Evelyn and Adeline. Paul was a humble, kind and generous man. He loved his family deeply and was always supportive to us all. Golf was his passion. If you ever were looking for him you'd probably find him on the golf course or at the driving range. He met many of his lifelong friends through this sport, having fun and perfecting his game. I'm sure he's saving a spot in his foursome for when everyone is together again.

Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown on Friday, October 18, 2024 from 10 -11 a.m. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. in the chapel. A reception will follow in the Trafalgar Room. Cremation has taken place.
