Nikic, Damian- After a brief illness, on Thursday, March 24th, 2016 Damian passed away surrounded by his family at the Credit Valley Hospital in his 69th year. Beloved husband of Danica for 47 years. Loving father of Anela and her husband Ivan Brinjak, Katarina and her husband John Bursic and Daniel and his wife Martina. Proud and cherished Dida of Luka, Milana, Julian and Ana. Family and friends in Canada and Croatia will miss him dearly. Visitation will be held at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Tuesday, March 29th, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Croatian Centre - Queen of Peace (9118 Winston Churchill Blvd RR 2, Norval) on Wednesday, March 30th, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Interment Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Georgetown.
