Damphousse, Corinne Marie - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Corinne, who left this world on Thursday, May 4, 2023. Born in Tilbury, Ontario to Oscar and Leah Bornais, Corinne is predeceased by her loving husband Philip after 29 years of marriage, and by her sons Kenneth and Francis. Beloved mother of Janet (the late Randy), Marc (Celine) and Gerald (Lori). Lovingly remembered by daughter-in-law Diane. Cherished grandmother to Lisa (Chris), Laurie, Leanne (Derek), Leslie-Anne, Samantha (Sean), Philip, Renee, Robert, Steven (Meghan) and Michelle (Ryan). Preceded in death by her dear sisters Beatrice Gravel and Marie-Jeanne Bornais. Her legacy continues thru her great, and great great grandchildren. Corinne was a kind and compassionate person who always put others first, she will be cherished by her many nieces and nephews. She was known for her generous spirit and her willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her family and friends will always remember her infectious smile and her unwavering love and support. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 12, 2023 at Sacre Coeur Church, 39 Guelph St, Georgetown at 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
