Corazon Luna Caberto

It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Corazon "Cora" Luna Caberto on June 14, 2025, at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto, Ontario, at the age of 78.

Born in the Philippines to Santos Pableo and Maria Luna, Cora leaves behind her beloved daughter April Pableo.

Cora immigrated to Canada and was incredibly proud to become a Canadian citizen in 1999. She was a hardworking and dedicated person, known for her unwavering sense of duty—her final words were, fittingly, “I need to go to work.”

Cora was beloved by all who knew her. She greeted every customer at the dry cleaners with a warm smile and a kind word, remembering each name with ease and genuine care. Her grace, kindness, and quiet dignity touched the lives of many.

Above all, she was a devoted mother to her daughter April, whom she loved dearly.

Cora lived with beauty, politeness, and strength, never one to complain, always carrying herself with dignity.

She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
