Peacefully on December 25, 2025, Charles Wilfred Day passed away in his 96th year at Woodhall Park LTC in Brampton.
Charlie was predeceased by his beloved wife Anne, with whom he shared more than 50 wonderful years with. He was a devoted and loving father to his daughter, Marie Tripolitano, and a proud grandfather to Sabrina Watchorn (Michael), Daniela Tripolitano (Chris Lee), and Michelle Stefani (Arthur). Charlie’s legacy continues through his cherished great-grandchildren: Emma, Ali, Ben, Liam, Noah, Mila, and Francesca.
He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A private family service will be held in January.
In Charlie’s honour, donations may be made to the Georgetown Hospital, in appreciation for the care and compassion shown.
