Catherine "Cathie" Ann Keir

Catherine Ann Keir (Nee Kellas)

Died peacefully at Allendale Long-Term Care in Milton on August 23, 2025.

Cathie was born in Aberdeenshire, Scotland in 1924. She and Sandy immigrated to Canada in 1961 to start a new life with their family.

Cathie is predeceased by her husband Alexander (Sandy) in 2003. Loving mother of Irene (John) and Robert (Mike). Loved Granny to Colin (Julia) and Graham (Rishma). Cherished Great Granny to Alexander, Lily, Brayden, and Jade. Fond Auntie to numerous nieces and nephews.

Cathie had a great love of family and enjoyed a wide range of interests, especially gardening and travelling.

Sincere thanks to the staff at Allendale for their compassion, understanding and wonderful care.

Cremation has occurred and a private interment will be held in the near future.
