Catharine Hodgson

In loving memory of a cherished wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Mrs. Catharine Hodgson born October 6, 1938 passed away peacefully with her family at her side on March 22, 2015. Catharine was lucky enough to meet and marry the love of her life Jack who she married on October 12. 1963. Together they enjoyed 50 years of love and companionship. They had four children who meant everything to both of them. Catharine is survived by her four children, Jacalyn (John), John (Elaine), Jenna (Doug), and David (Nicole). Her seven grandchildren, Jessica (Mike), Bobby, Brett, Nolan, Brooke, Katelyn, Alexis as well as her great-grandchild Millie. She is also survived by her sisters Patricia and Mary as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Catharine will always be remembered for her quick wit and beautiful smile. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place at J.S. Jones and Son Funeral Home 11582 Trafalgar Rd Georgetown on April 2, 2015. Visitation will take place at 1pm and the service will be at 2pm. Refreshments to follow. In lieu of flowers donations to the Hope Spring Cancer Support Network would be appreciated.
