Kostiuk, Carol Ann - Suddenly on Saturday September 5, 2015 at the Georgetown Hospital. Carol Ann (nee Hepburn), in her 74th year, beloved wife of Michael Kostiuk. Loving mother of Kevin and Brian. Dear sister of William James Hepburn and his wife Shirley. Predeceased by her parents Vincent and Helen Hepburn. Proud aunt of Lindsay MacDonald (Josh) and great aunt to Hailey. She will be fondly remembered by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905)877-3631 on Wednesday September 9th from 1:00 pm until time of service in the chapel at 2:00 pm. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
