Carol Hamilton

In the company of family at the Avalon Care Centre, Orangeville, Carol, in her 90th year, left us peacefully. Beloved wife of the late Ramsay Hamilton (1990). Loving mother of Doug (Karen) and David (Marisol). Dearly loved Nana to Jamie (Julia), Graeme (Monica) and Mia. Great Grandmother to James. Dear sister of the late Deena Swan. Carol remained deeply connected to her Scottish family and will be missed by her niece Janice and nephew Kenny and their families. A primary school teacher in Scotland until the family emigrated to Canada in 1975. Carol spent many fulfilling years volunteering at Georgetown District Hospital while also being a loving and caring Nana to her three grandchildren. A special thank you to the truly wonderful and compassionate staff at the Avalon Care Centre and previously the Mountainview Residence, Glen Williams. Cremation has taken place. A private family Celebration of Life will take place at a future date.
