Carlos Fernando Moniz

Moniz, Carlos - Peacefully at his home, at the age of 65 with Susie, Corey and Piper by his side. Carlos was born on June 24, 1956 in Sao Miguel, Azores, Portugal. Son of Carlos Fernando and Maria Rafina Moniz. Loving husband of Susie. Loved father of Corey. Brother of Isabelle, Tassi, Madalena and John. Carlos will be missed by all of his colleagues at Precon, where he worked for 40 years. He had a great love for sports, but his real passion was for watching and playing soccer.
Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home (11582 Trafalgar Rd.) on Tuesday June 21, from 6 - 9pm. Funeral will be held in the chapel on Wednesday June 22, at 11:00am. Reception to follow with interment at Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills (C.A.S.H.H) would be appreciated.
