Bryan Patrick Turner, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed away peacefully on May 14, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Born to Edith and Thomas Turner on January 10, 1934, in Harrow on the Hill, England, Bryan lived a full and vibrant life dedicated to his family and passions.
Bryan is survived by his devoted wife, Mary. Together they emigrated to Canada in 1956 and built a loving family and shared countless moments of joy and laughter. Bryan was a proud and loving father to Lorraine, Patricia (Mike), Stephen (Val), Maureen (Tom), and bonus daughter Sandy Pretty (Rob Pineau).
His 13 grandchildren, Brianna (Devin), Dylan (Emily), Dean, Darcy, Karlie, Joey, Michael, Curtis, Eleanor, Ethan, Rebecca, Hex, and Chloe, and two great-grandchildren, Aubrey and Jamison, were the light of his life. Bryan's love, wisdom, and stories will forever be cherished by his family and friends.
Bryan had a passion for soccer, a love he carried with him throughout his life. Now he has gone to the big soccer game in the sky, where he will continue to play, coach, cheer and celebrate.
Bryan's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His family invites all who wish to honor his memory to join them for a celebration of his life on Saturday, May 18, 2024 between 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. in the Trafalgar Room at Jones Funeral Home.
