Brenda Smith

Dr. Brenda Lee Ann Smith,
Peacefully, at Credit Valley Hospital on August 11, in her 55th year, after a long and courageous battle against cancer. She is survived by her brother Brad, sister-in-law Karen, nephews Bryan and Marc and father Bill. Brenda was predeceased by her cherished mother Maryann Hormel Smith.
Brenda had a Medical Practice for 20 years in Campbellford and Oshawa and was adored by her patients and respected by her peers. She loved her friends, her family and her cat, Maya.
Friends and family will be received at J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., Georgetown on Saturday, August 18 for a visitation at 1:00 PM followed by a service at 2:00 PM. Special thanks to Dr. Sauls and the staff at the Credit Valley Hospital Cancer Centre and to all the nurses on the Palliative Care Unit.
