Brayden David Simon Beamish May 22, 2015 - June 8, 2016
Heaven gained the cutest most perfect angel. On June 8, 2016 Brayden passed away peacefully in the arms of his loving mommy, Felicia Hillman, and daddy, Nick Beamish, in the home in which he was born. Brayden will always be loved by so many. He brought so much joy with his big beautiful smile to everyone that saw him. He is truly a perfect soul. Mommy and daddy could not have been more proud of him. He was so strong, and fought so hard until his body was too tired to keep going. We will forever miss his smell, his cuddles, his smile and his laugh. From the day he was placed into our arms, we were so in love and he held our hearts since that day. He was by our side the entire year - at the cottage, on the boat, sitting on daddy's dirt bike, ATV, and snowmobile. He loved daddy's big noisy truck, watching the truck pulls, going trick or treating, playing in the decor at Michael's, unwrapping Christmas presents, Peppa Pig, and spending time with his pets and friends.
We will never forget how excited he got when daddy came through the door after work, or the noises he made while eating and falling asleep. Brayden enjoyed spending quality time with his ever-loving grandparents. Brayden will always hold a very special place in all our hearts. We hope, in time, with further research we can find some hope for those with Alpers Syndrome and other mitochondrial disorders. There is no justifying these cruel diseases that can take a child who one day is having the time of their life, crawling and learning to pull up to stand, to then not being able to hold up their own head. Every day getting weaker and weaker. Through everything, Brayden still managed to find a way to bring endless joy to those around him. We are so proud to be his mommy and daddy and even more proud to call him our son. Love you to Pluto and back Brayden. Forever by our sides.
