Beverley May Wilson

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Mother, Beverley May Wilson on Friday, October 25, 2024, in Georgetown after her short but strong battle with pancreatic cancer.

Beverley was born in Montreal Quebec on June 19 1935. She left Montreal in 1959 to raise a family. Beverley cherished her family and was a loving Mother to her three children David, Heather and Nancy.  She was a caring grandmother to Sara, Brianna, Robyn and Hannah and GG to Andre, Mila and Oliver.

Beverley’s faith and support from her church Family At Norval United for the past 28 years was always held dearly in her heart. Beverley lead the prayer shawl ministry, served as an elder and received her honorary elder pin. Up until recently Mom loved to sing in the Norval United Church choir.  Beverley loved her home in Georgetown and was active in her community.

Mom was beautiful! In Beverley’s early years she modeled in magazines and continued to perform in many modelling shows right into her 80s.

Beverley will be cherished in our hearts forever and will be missed deeply by her family and anyone who knew her.

Friends will be received at the Norval United Church (14015 Danby Rd., Georgetown) on Saturday November 16th, 2024 from 10:00 am until time of her service at 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to Norval United Church in loving memory of Beverley and in celebration of her deep faith and commitment to her faith community.
