Betty Johnson

Mrs. Betty Johnson (nee Middlebrook) of Elora, formerly of Norval, passed away at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus, on Friday, September 1, 2017. She was 92.
Wife of the late Paul Johnson, who predeceased her in 1999, Betty was the mother of Catherine Johnson of Oakville, Thomas Johnson and wife Vicki of Wroxeter, Allan Johnson and wife Kristina of Perth, Janet McPherson and husband Kenneth of Elora, and Gary Johnson and wife Tracy of East Garafraxa. She was the grandmother of Erikka and Sachin, David, Adam and Lynn, Lance, Luke and Autumn, Alan and Eric, Pauline and Mike, Sarah, and Michael; and the great-grandmother of nine.
She was predeceased by her siblings, Ted, Doreen and Marjery.
A committal service will be held on Thursday, September 7, at 1 p.m., at Hillcrest Cemetery, Norval. A reception will follow at the J.S. Jones and Son Funeral Home, Georgetown.
