Bessie Esther Puckering

Puckering, Bessie Esther - Peacefully on March 24, 2017 at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay, Ontario. Bessie (nee Norton), of Georgetown, in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late John Harold Puckering (1982). Loving mother of Don and his wife Jean, and the late Mardell Brown (Bill). Cherished grandmother of John Ellison, Glen Puckering (Debra), and Patti (Bill Herman). Proud great grandmother of Andrew, Jason, Adam, Vanessa and Erik. Bessie was vibrant and her youthful spirit and energy allowed her to live a wonderful life, out living her 15 siblings. Friends will be received on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Ave., Georgetown, at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 10:00 a.m. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Georgetown District Hospital Foundation or St. Albans Anglican Church would be appreciated by the family.
