Arnis Edgars Mitrevics

Died: August 16, 2025, in Toronto, Canada

Arnis attended the University of Waterloo for his philosophy and mathematics degrees. He worked for IBM for over a decade and later was a self-employed Project Manager for Chanticleer Consulting for the remainder of his career.

He was an avid science fiction fan, enjoyed movies and television.

Arnis also enjoyed traveling across North America and Europe.

He is predeceased by his parents Anatolijs "Al" and Sarma Mitrevics (Petritis) and brother-in-law Bill Tranter.

Survived by his daughters Jenine and Leslie (Nicholas Richardson), sister Velta Mitrevics (Erick Spencer), nephews Tim and Chris Tranter (Ada) and ex-wife Linda Mitrevics (Worden).

Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown on Friday August 22nd, from 6:00-8:00pm.
